SHIFT

[Part-Time]{.underline} -- 10 and 12 hour shifts, scheduled every other weekend and every Monday and Friday, 32 hours per week with a potential for additional hours by filling in during the week & Holidays if needed

MAJOR DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:**

Operates within the MA/LPN scope of practice delegated by, and under the supervision of, a healthcare practitioner and/or RN. Adheres to professional standards, facility policies and procedures, and federal, state, and local requirements. Has the ability to multi-task. Maintains respectful, kind, courteous, and appropriate communication and interpersonal skills with all staff members, patients, and volunteers. Provides compassionate, patient-centered, care aligned with Willapa Medical Clinic's mission, vision, and values. Works as a team with other clinic staff to provide timely, appropriate, high-quality, patient care services including but not limited to: preparing patients for examination and clinical procedures, point of care lab testing, injections, and other hands-on, electronic, and telephonic patient care needs.

EDUCATION, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

• Currently licensed in Washington State as a Certified Medical Assistant or LPN
• Graduate of an accredited School
• Hold current CPR card.
• Prefer prior clinic experience.
• Experience with EPIC preferred
• Keyboarding, switchboard and computer skills
• Understanding of medical terminology
• Ability to work with minimum supervision.
