Responsibilities

• Creates/Executes/deploys scripts, tools, and server builds for IT Infrastructure.

• Manage and provision Windows/Linux Virtual Desktops, and Active Directory users, and Group Policy objects

• Perform project-related monitoring, technical support and trouble-shooting of server systems.

• Configuration and deployment of all server updates, security patches, tools, drivers, etc. transitioned from Service Design/Architecture.

• Provide endpoint support on issues and trouble resolution tasks on Virtual Desktop related task

• Maintains knowledge relative to administration, engineering, and implementation of virtual desktop infrastructure-related technologies

• Technical consultation on projects; and vendor escalation when warranted.

• Operates across multiple and complex production environments with multiple stakeholders
