What we offer:

· Pay -- We offer a start wage of $13.50 - $14.85 per hour.

 · Company offers up to 4% 401k match after 90 days and 250 hours of service.

· Vacation -- Earn 40 hours after your 1st year of service, 80 hours after 2 years of service and 120 hours after 10 years of service.

· Shift -- 1st and 2nd Shift positions are available. We offer a 4 x 10 hour shift schedule, Monday -- Thursday for 2nd shift, 1st shift is M-F. Opportunities for overtime work.  Mandatory overtime may be required, based on production requirements.

Job Description:

Join our dynamic team as a packager for an exciting company!

As a Packager, you will be responsible for packaging and production of adhesives, sealants, and lubricants in an assembly line setting. Other tasks include quality control checks and operation of manual and electric palette jacks. To be successful in this role, you should have previous experience in a manufacturing setting, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to work well in a team environment.

Responsibilities:

· Follow all safety protocols and procedures, including wearing the required PPE at all times

· Promote a safe work environment through adherence to OSHA regulations as well as company standards.

· Adjust machine settings to ensure efficient and effective production

· Perform quality checks to ensure products meet customer specifications

· Operate manual and power pallet jacks

· Clean equipment and work area

· Maintain accurate production records

Requirements:

· High school diploma or equivalent preferred

· Strong attention to detail

· Ability to work well in a team environment

· Good communication and problem-solving skills

· Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos

· Ability to write simple correspondence and communicate effectively in small groups

· Must be able to lift and move heavy objects up to 30 pounds unassisted

· Required to pass a pre-employment drug screening as well as agree to random drug screenings during full term of employment
