Technical Support Engineer (electrical / mechanical) - Solon , Ohio - JOB 25-00998 Salary Range: $75K - $90K Permanent Position with Benefits Twinsburg, Ohio area company is seeking to hire Technical Support Engineer to work with customers concerns such as warrantees, spare parts, training, support new product lines, and assist with web-site management. REQUIREMENTS • BSEE or BSME (or lesser degree with equivalent work experience) • 2+ years' experience Industrial engineering, Mechanical, Electrical, or similar experience • Assist with processing sales and warranty orders • Exceptional verbal and written communications skills with a professional demeanor to interact with customers, write reports, proposals and business correspondence • Support new product lines, and assist with web-site management • Ability to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form, and deal with several abstract and concrete variables • Ability to read and interpret engineering Drawings, regulation codes, technical documentation, operating / maintenance instructions, procedure manuals & safety rules. • Write reports and correspondence • Management experience is a plus • Elevator industry experience is a big plus • Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite • Up to 10 -- 15% travel to scope job sites and support customers Candidates are required to pass a Criminal Background Check and a 10 Panel Drug Screen.
