The HR intern will relate and apply knowledge acquired in the academic setting and contribute/work on various projects supporting Saint-Gobain Life Sciences central HR team, with a activities benefitting multiple manufacturing facilities. The HR intern will take advantage of our opportunities to gain an understanding of the key accountabilities of the HR function and will contribute to the organization through the successful and timely completion of assigned projects and tasks. Key Accountabilities: Assist HR Generalist in conducting audits of files/HRIS systems Actively support HR initiatives, including but not limited to employee engagement, talent acquisition and development. Collaborate with the HR managers, Recruitment Team, Compensation & Benefits, HR Operations, Labor Employment on specific activities and tasks Review data analytics from our Annual Engagement Survey and work on larger action planning with the team Assist with other HR special projects or initiatives as needed Is this job for you ?
