• PAY: $25-31 depending on experience

• SCHEDULE/ENVIRONMENT: On-site, guaranteed 10 hours of OT weekly - 1st shift, Mon-Fri

Description:

• Will be on a Quality team, ideally in a hybrid role as a CMM Programmer & Inspector

• Program and use Zeiss CMM for all product measurements

• Complete first article, in process, and final inspection of parts.

• Utilizing hand gauges to perform inspections on parts

• Will ensure that all parts are meeting customer and industry specifications

• Complete all documentation and paperwork following process and standards

  MUST HAVES:

• 3-5 years of experience in a quality role

• CMM experience, preferably Calypso programming language by Zeiss (will consider other equipment and languages like PC-DMIS by Hexagon, ZONE3, Renishaw, Mitutoyo, or PolyWorks)

• Knowledge of GD&T and precision machinery - ability to read and interpret drawings

• Must have great attitude and energetic

• Ideally a hybrid mix of both CMM Programming and CMM Operating experience

• Hands on inspection experience with hand gauges

NICE TO HAVES:

• Experience performing first article and in process inspections

• Knowledge of Aerospace standards within AS 9100
