Position Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Team Leader Anti Financial Crime with base out of the office in Solna or Umeå. This position offers an excellent opportunity for professional growth and development in the field of AML and beyond. The position includes tasks such as:

Management and supervision of the team

Ensure alignment on policies, operating instructions and procedures related AML/CTF and fraud prevention for SFS Nordics

Monitor regulatory changes and implement new AML/CTF regulations

Collaborate with the MLRO to design and implement AML/CTF training

Acts as a product manager for AML/CTF related internal applications

About you

Have experience in team management and / or project management

Have at least 5 years of practical experience from AML from the financial industry

Excellent English language skills required. Proficiency in one of the following languages is expected: Finnish, Swedish, or Norwegian

Have solid understanding of AML procedures, processes and regulation

Have experience and proven track record for driving change
