Now Siemens Mobility Bulgaria is looking to hire a Signaling and interlocking system engineer with the following responsibilities :

• Building up and developing a strong technical knowledge and expertise within the field of rail signaling and interlocking systems

• Being an integral part of the bidding teams with focus on successful market entries and subsequent project acquisitions and executions

• Supporting working relationships with customers, partners and other stakeholders through active, result-oriented collaboration and interaction

• Active participation to know-how transfer, bid and project execution processes

• Supporting company initiatives for localization of engineering knowledge related to rail signaling and interlocking field

Your Superpowers:

• Master's degree in Signaling Systems or engineering education in relevant field

• At least 2 years of experience in Signaling (Interlocking) systems design (confirmed with relevant designer qualification/certificate)

• Familiarity with Bulgarian/European railway standards and specialized design software

• Experience in on-site execution control and cross-department collaboration

• Capabilities for identification and recording of customer’s essential requirements

• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills

• Self-driven, adaptable, and willing to learn and share knowledge

• Driving license (Cat. B) and willingness to travel frequently on short and long business trips in Bulgaria and abroad

• Proficient in English; German or Spanish is a plus
