About the role:

Position is responsible to administer sales compensation calculations and analysis using vendor-based software, Excel, Access, internal databases and other technology solutions.

• Executing and coordinating data consolidation from various sources, data integrity/audit, and data extraction/reporting.

• Utilizing various technology solutions included but not limited to Microsoft products to run queries, extract data, perform calculations & data verification.

• Implement compensation plan requirement/parameters into compensation system and test for accuracy and monitor ongoing.

• Execute troubleshooting queries, reconciling data, and identifying discrepancies in reporting using quality checks.

• Providing support and exemplary customer service to sales leadership and representatives via phone and email (support will extend to sales representatives, sales management, and various Finance roles and leaders).

• Perform journal entries when required to support month end close activities.

Your qualification:

• BA or BS degree in Finance or Accounting or a related field.

Your Experience:

• 2- 5 years of preferred years of experience

• Preferred Experience Required: Experience with sales industry software (Salesforce, SAP Callidus, or similar CRMs and compensation systems), demonstratable experience in data analytics utilizing various technology and programming languages to improve processes (Microsoft products, Alteryx, and programing languages).

• Prior financial analysis experience, audit or accounting experience a plus.
