The SAP BTP HANA & Persistency Security team is a motivated and diverse team of experts tasked with driving end-to-end security and compliance for SAP HANA and SAP HANA Cloud, as well as for other persistency solutions.

Do you have a strong passion for people development to lead the team that helps to protect our customers most valuable assets in the data-driven world, and influence the security and compliance posture proactively?

In your role, you will:

• Help to setup, lead, mentor, and develop a team of security and compliance experts, build trust and lead with transparency and passion.

• Be part of the security leadership team that defines the security and compliance strategy and execution for BTP HANA reporting directly to the BISO.

• Lead the team to create and run scalable microservices that service security critical functions on enterprise scale.

• Lead the team to own and resolve compliance related requirements, drive automation, and optimize implementation.

• Build strong relationships with peers, stakeholders, and teams across a global organization.

• Keep up to date with new developments in security and compliance challenges and solutions.

• Present results, proposals, or reporting to management on different levels.
