The opportunity

We are currently looking for a motivated professional for the position of Global Logistics Project-Program Manager located in Sofia.

In this role you will be responsible with a team of international colleagues to drive operational excellence in cost, service, compliance and sustainability. As Project-Program Manager you oversee the portfolio of projects which are managed by yourself or by your colleagues within Global Logistics.

How you’ll spend your day

• Lead the successful execution of logistic programs, coordinating with cross-functional teams to achieve the strategic goals

• Drive excellent project execution, meeting and exceeding customer expectations

• Champion Continuous Improvement initiatives and standardize best practices based on business knowledge and data-driven analytics

• Engage stakeholders effectively, ensuring clear communication about changes and fostering collaboration

• Make sure that projects are aligned with the company goals and that they are finished with the agreed budget and timelines

• Facilitate forums to share the status of the projects, facilitate decision-making and identify new opportunities for improvement

• Cooperate and connect with other departments and partners, such as Quality, Procurement, IT and Supply Chain to drive continuous improvement

Your experience and qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business, or related field

• More than 5 years of experience in Logistics, Supply chain or consultancy

• Experience in pharmaceuticals is an advantage

• Certificates in Project Management, Scrum or Lean is an advantage

• English on advanced level

• Technical Proficiency – MS Office tools and ability to visualize data & ideas in a clear management message

• Excellent analytical skills with experience in data analysis tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Qlik Sense and Power Query).

• Excellent communication skills: able to inform, collaborate and convince at several organizational levels

• Strong leadership and proactivity skills.
