The Finance Coordinator - AR takes a wide range of responsibilities to maintain collections operations within the Global CRG Credit Control Team. The position will assist in managing an assigned portfolio of Accounts Receivable, prioritizing collection of invoices and identifying / resolving any issues blocking payment, maintaining a shared mailbox and applying client payments. In addition, interact professionally with internal and external customers.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

  • Following up with customers directly via e-mail, phone and via various customer web-based portals (Ariba, Tungsten, etc.) to ensure timely payment of CRG invoices, following status through the customers’ payment process.

  • Establishing good relationships with our customer so that any issues are quickly identified and resolved.

  • Compile and maintain accurate and complete accounts receivable records to include contacts, status of past due, and any disputes identified

  • Work cross-functionally with Billing, Operations Finance, Project Managers, and Accounting to resolve any outstanding discrepancies blocking timely collection

  • Reviewing bank statements to raise payments in our ERP system to clear invoices - following up internally and externally to resolve any discrepancies.

Education and experience:

  • University degree in Finance/Accounting/Economics/Information Technology or related;

  • Minimum one year of experience in a finance role preferably in a multinational environment;

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities:

  • Fluency in English (written and spoken);

  • Excel literacy;

  • Detailed-oriented personality with analytical thinking and problem-solving attitude;

  • Handle multiple assignments and meet tight deadlines while maintaining high quality of work;

  • Service-minded attitude and ability to adapt to changes;

  • Eagerness to work in a global team supporting various types of activities;
