What youll do

• Take part of and drive global team projects (which include defining and refining project scope and objectives, delegate tasks, develop and manage detailed project schedule and track ongoing projects)

• Create detail project plans and execute them.

• Work in a cross-functional agile team collaborating closely with operations and development colleagues in an international environment.

• Contribute to optimizing the efficiency of service operations.

• Understand the customer's requirements, business processes and solution landscape.

• Be a trusted advisor for internal stakeholders.

What you bring

• University degree in Computer Science or related field

• Minimum 3 years of professional experience in IT

• Hands on experience in ITIL, Prince2, PMP and/or corresponding certification

• Experience with Cloud (Amazon Web Services, Azure, Google Cloud, CloudFoundry) and IT infrastructure virtualization is a strong advantage

• Issue resolution experience, including Root Cause Analysis

• Willingness to learn new concepts and technologies

• Critical thinker with a passion for engineering and service excellence

• Passion for how technology, innovation, and digital platforms can solve business challenge

• Strong communication skills

• Strong collaboration skills

• Fluency in English

The following will be considered as strong advantage:

• Experience in Monitoring, operation andadministrationof JAVA applicationsand HANA database

• Experience in SQL and NoSQL databases and programming on them is a strong advantage

• Experiences with web services, networking and internet (DNS, TCP/IP, Apache, firewalling, Load Balancing, RESTful/OData Services, SAML SSO) are preferred but not mandatory.

• Experience with Scrum and Agile practices
