What you`ll do:

On our mission to improve developer experience at SAP, we are looking for experienced and dynamic development manager. In this role, you will lead Scrum Teams in Sofia, Bulgaria, that is developing services part of SAP CI/CD platform. This platform enables more than 50.000 product developers at SAP to deliver customer value continuously, faster, and more reliably than ever before. It aims at delighting developers and DevOps teams by reducing cognitive load, freeing up time and resources, and focusing on delivering more value to SAP's customers.

• Lead and inspire a high-performing agile team.

• Lead cross-projects and initiatives as needed.

• Represent your team in events and workshops.

• Represent your team at various internal and external events and workshops.

What you bring:

• At least 8 years experience in the IT industry

• Proven experience in leading agile teams and fostering a high-performance culture.

• Excellent talent management skills, including the ability to attract, develop, and retain top talent.

• Focus on business value and user needs

• Willingness to take decisions and tackle difficult questions

• Excellent written and spoken communication skills

• Strong coordination skills

• Results-oriented working style

• Fluent in English and Bulgarian

Optional requirements:

• Experience with CI/CD

• Experience with SAP's development processes

• Experience in related roles, e.g. SW developer, product owner, scrum master.
