What youll do:

Position title: SAP iXp Intern - Production Planning Support

Location: So Leopoldo, RS Brazil (hybrid)

Enable customers to implement and operate their SAP solutions efficiently by providing state-of-the-art support services.

Analyze and resolve reported cases by means of knowledge databases and/or verifying customizing entries.

Root Cause Analysis of reported cases.

Creation and maintenance of knowledge documentation.

Participation in global projects around support processes, infrastructure requirements and quality assurance.

Report errors to Development.

Provide consulting for customers on procedural issues and queries.

Queue screening and queue management- at least once a week from 4pm to 8pm or 5pm to 9 pm.

What you bring:

Were looking for someone who takes initiative, perseveres, and stay curious. You like to work on meaningful innovative projects and are energized by lifelong learning.

Undergraduate students in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related areas.

Knowledge in Manufacturing is a plus.

Good customer focus and communication skills (oral/written).

Problem solving/analytical skills.

Flexible approach working in teams as well as environment.

Advanced English, Spanish is an advantage.

Experience or eagerness to learn in an IT related area, e.g., consulting / support.

Familiarity with Business Software (SAP or comparable solutions) and/or Business Processes is a plus.
