What youll do:

Position title: SAP iXp Intern Communication

Location: So Leopoldo, RS, Brazil - hybrid

  • Create and maintain a calendar of internal campaigns and produce engaging content.

  • Support the employee newsletter by writing articles and executing layouts.

  • Lead exciting initiatives, planning and executing campaigns.

  • Create, write, and edit communication materials such as e-mail campaigns, announcements, event invitations, and newsletters.

  • Assist with press relations.

  • Create PowerPoint presentations.

  • Design visual graphics for campaigns.

  • Support administrative activities, including generating metrics reports and media clippings.

What you bring:

Were looking for someone who takes initiative, perseveres, and stay curious.

  • Currently enrolled in Journalism, Public Relations, English, or Social Communication

  • Preferably graduating within two years

  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken

  • Excellent writing skills

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office tools (Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, Excel)

  • Knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud

  • Proficiency in Spanish is a plus.

Meet your team:

The Communications Intern will support the communications team, primarily focusing on employee communication activities. Additionally, the intern will assist in campaign execution and external communications initiatives.

Key attributes for success in this role include proactivity, creativity, teamwork, and excellent writing skills.
