About the team

Information Security enables SAP Intelligent Spend and Business Network (ISBN) to protect and secure our business and to provide transparency to customers regarding the quality of the internal control environment for the cloud solution delivery to enhance the trust in the services provided by our service organization.

SAP ISBN is made up of SAP Ariba, SAP Business Network, SAP Concur and SAP Fieldglass.

Location

You can be based in So Paulo, Rio de Janeiro or So Leopoldo - Brazil.

About the role

SAP ISBN is looking for an Information Security analyst with risk management and security compliance experience to help identify, assess, mitigate and report risk consistently across the ISBN working directly with the ISBN leadership teams and the SAP Global Risk team.

This role will also include helping SAP Fieldglass to achieve and maintain industry certifications and attestations, supporting customer audits, and implementing best practices for security compliance support.

This role will require the successful candidate to work closely with SAP ISBN Product, Engineering and Operation teams, peers within the ISBN, SAP Global Security and supporting customer facing colleagues on security and risk related matters.

Responsibilities

  • Identify, assess and report risks across all the ISBN lines of businesses.

  • Partner with SGS on all matters pertaining to security risk management.

  • Collaborate with teams across the ISBN to perform risk assessments, mitigation and reporting.

  • Perform the quantitative analysis process using Factor Analysis of Information Risk (FAIR) methodology

  • Actively participate in risk forums/committees across the ISBN and SAP

  • Respond customer queries related to SAP Fieldglass and ISBN Risk Management processes

  • Support SAP Fieldglass Security Compliance Program which includes compliance with ISO 27001, ISO 9001, SOC 1&2, CSA STAR, C5 requirements.

  • Support SAP Fieldglass internal, external and customer audits.

  • Perform continuous monitoring of security controls.

  • Maintain general documents and process descriptions relevant to security compliance operations.

Role Requirements:

  • Extensive knowledge of risk management and security compliance practices, as well as security audits.

  • Excellent oral, written and interpersonal communication skills with the ability to quickly build rapport.

  • Ability to understand and interpret information security, IT and risk management terminology and topics.

  • IT security

Experience & Language Requirements:

  • 3 - 5 years of experience in security governance, risk and compliance

  • Professional certification such as SANS, CRISC, CISA, CISSP, CISM, FAIR (is a plus)

  • Experience working with cross-cultural teams or individuals

  • Advanced English skills (written and verbal)
