Why work at Spacelabs? Because lives depend on you! The Material Handler ESC performs a broad range of RMA receiving and inventory activities. This position requires the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. The candidate should be experienced in Material Handling concepts such as FIFO Procedures, Problem Solving, and Inventory Accuracy. Must exhibit precision, organization, and attention to detail; and participate in the working environment with a positive attitude and striving for continuous improvement. This position is 100% onsite in Snoqualmie, Washington Early schedule: start time no earlier than 6:00 AM and no later than 7:00 AM Monday - Friday! Responsibilities Ensure customer units are received into the ERP and forwarded to technicians the same day of receipt from receiving. Decontamination of customer units, when needed. Updating Service Calls as needed. Prepare customer units for shipping. Ensure repaired units are shipped to the correct customer site. Prepare loaner units for use and shipping. Assist in processing FCERT Inventory. Back up for material planner for keeping technicians stocked with required parts and products. Maintain an orderly and safe working environment to ensure cleanness and employee safety. Uphold the Company's core values of Integrity, Innovation, Accountability, and Teamwork. Demonstrate behavior consistent with the Company's Code of Ethics and Conduct. Duties may be modified or assigned at any time to meet the needs of the business. Qualifications High school diploma, GED, or additional relevant experience in lieu of education. Ability to effectively communicate in English - follow instructions, relay information, provide feedback and respond to questions both verbally and in writing. Ability to collaborate with peers to achieve shared departmental goals. Must have the ability to create and maintain productive working relationships within the work team and with other functions. Knowledge of MFG Pro System, preferred. Must be capable of becoming certified of operating necessary equipment within the first month of employment. Ability to use pallet jack and other tools. Ability to remain on feet for extended periods of time. Must be able to reach, bend and lift up to 40 lbs on a daily basis. Willing to work OT when requested. Organized approach and able to perform work as instructed. Good quality and safety work habits. Basic computer skills required (including Word, Excel). Successful completion of Spacelabs training required (including training done at Company location).
