Job Summary: To provide clerical services as required that will, through maximum confidence and quality of job performance, contribute to the efforts in obtaining MTE's objectives and to promote a smooth and coordinated flow of material within the office and with other offices.

Job Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent. Encompass the three virtues of the Ideal Team Player. (Humble, Hungry, and People Smart). Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Willingness to participate in on-the-job training. Ability to deal with angry or frustrated members, or members who may not fully understand their situation. Proficiency using Microsoft Suite. Ability to be flexible with work schedule. Hours are Monday - Friday and can range anywhere from 7am to 7pm but not limited to these hours or days. Willingness to work at other MTE locations when needed.
