You will enjoy working with a well-synchronized service staff, prepared to do whatever it takes to pull off a flawless experience for our guests. You will feel a sense of accomplishment knowing that you’ve impressed each guest with personalized attention.

What you’ll be doing

Your role will involve preparing ingredients for cooking, including portioning, chopping, and storing food. You will be responsible for washing and peeling fresh fruits and vegetables, weighing, measuring, and mixing ingredients. You will prepare and cook food according to recipes, quality standards, presentation standards, and food preparation checklists. You will operate ovens, stoves, grills, microwaves, and fryers. You will also monitor food quality while preparing food. Your job also will include adhering to cleanliness and health and safety guidelines.

• Great communication skills and teamwork-oriented

• Positive outlook and drive to go the extra mile

• Previous experience in a kitchen environment is a big plus (but not essential)

This is a casual role which means you are part of a pool of workers who will be offered hours as required. You are under no obligation to work a particular number of hours in a week/month. The hotel is extremely busy and this is a fantastic opportunity to work with a dynamic and experienced team in a friendly and welcoming environment.
