Key Responsibilities: 1. Project Assessment: Conduct efficient analysis of material and labor requirements to determine bidding probability using On-Screen Takeoff and PROCORE. 2. Cost Estimation: Prepare detailed cost estimates using PROCORE software. 3. Bid Preparation: Develop and prepare proposals and other necessary documents for submission using PROCORE. 4. Collaboration and Documentation: Work closely with project managers and team members to ensure organized records and correspondence using PROCORE and Outlook.

Required Skills: -Proficiency in PROCORE, On-Screen Takeoff, and Microsoft Outlook. -Strong analytical and mathematical skills. -Attention to detail. -Effective communication and teamwork abilities.

Bachelor's Degree in Construction Engineering or ongoing college courses. Current students are welcome from NJIT & NYIT. Must be in construction field.

We are looking for candidates with a bachelor's degree, although individuals with several years of relevant construction experience may also be considered. *Required only after job offer and if relevant to job opening.

Work hours are from 8am - 5pm.
