Regeneron Pharmaceuticals Sr. Compensation Analyst in Sleepy Hollow, New York

We are currently looking for a Sr. Compensation Analyst on the Total Rewards team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that the day-to-day operations of some of the Company’s most visible programs run smoothly. This entails working with the Totals Rewards group, HR as a whole and all components of the business. In addition to assisting in the management of these important programs, we will look to you to provide different types of comprehensive data analysis and maintain flexibility to engage in other exciting projects.

A Typical Day Might Look Like:

  • Completing research and ad hoc analyses to support compensation projects and initiatives such as pay equity, job leveling, pay incentive reviews, etc.

  • Assisting compensation team in the preparation and management of Regeneron’s annual year-end compensation process.

  • Provide analysis in support of client business group which may include partnering with Talent Acquisition and HR Business Partners.

  • Complete market pricing and assist in the management of market data.

  • Perform regular data audits to ensure accuracy, integrity and compliance of compensation-related data in our HR systems such as job title alignment and job architecture analysis, etc.

  • Provide ongoing support of Workday compensation functionality. Partner with comp team and HR technology to test the advanced comp module.

  • Provide support for key compensation programs such as the approved profit sharing scheme and early career programs.

  • May provide input and guidance related to job documentation.

  • Serve as R3 rewards program administrator

  • Tracking program spend, reward metrics & various ad-hoc requests

  • Working with business on reporting budget vs. spend and providing key analytics on a periodic basis

  • Assisting with completing compensation surveys

This role might be a fit for you if:

  • You are able to analyze and interpret large sets of data, and to use that analysis to create meaningful metric reporting on a regular basis.

  • Have experience with Oracle/Workday

  • Have experience in equity plan administration at a publicly traded company; Experience working with a third-party stock administration platform a strong preference

  • Possess excellent project management skills with ability to prioritize and complete projects timely and accurately

  • Are extremely organized and high attention to detail

  • Have strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with all levels of employees and internal/external partners

  • You are proficient in Microsoft Office applications

  • Are able to meet deadlines in a fast-paced/high growth environment where priorities and resources are in a continuous state of flux

  • You have a drive to continuously improve processes

To be considered for this role you must have a bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 5 years work experience in a relevant role.

Salary Range (annually)

$76,100.00 - $124,300.00
