All-Stat Portable Fleet/Equipment Support Tech in Skokie, Illinois

Responsibilities:

Main role is to provide support for our Fleet Manager and help oversee tasks/admin work within the department. Training will be provided and day-to-day guidance from our management team! Duties included but not limited to:

  • Registering and licensing all vehicles under their management.

  • Performs routine maintenance and minor repairs to company vehicles in accordance with manufacturer recommendations and company protocols (a plus but not required).

  • Arranges repairs for medical equipment and company vehicles with approved repair facility.

  • Identifies and sources parts and supplies and repair items as necessary.

  • Assists in transportation and organization of vehicles and equipment at satellite locations.

  • Follows all safety related policies, rules, regulations, technical instructions and guidelines.

  • Local travel may be required.

  • Paperwork, phone calls, invoice review in collaboration with management

Skills:

  • High school graduate or equivalent (GED)

  • Proven working experience and knowledge in areas of vehicle maintenance 

  • Eagerness to learn and problem solve

  • Requires excellent communication and documentation skills
