All-Stat Portable Fleet/Equipment Support Tech in Skokie, Illinois
Responsibilities:
Main role is to provide support for our Fleet Manager and help oversee tasks/admin work within the department. Training will be provided and day-to-day guidance from our management team! Duties included but not limited to:
Registering and licensing all vehicles under their management.
Performs routine maintenance and minor repairs to company vehicles in accordance with manufacturer recommendations and company protocols (a plus but not required).
Arranges repairs for medical equipment and company vehicles with approved repair facility.
Identifies and sources parts and supplies and repair items as necessary.
Assists in transportation and organization of vehicles and equipment at satellite locations.
Follows all safety related policies, rules, regulations, technical instructions and guidelines.
Local travel may be required.
Paperwork, phone calls, invoice review in collaboration with management
Skills:
High school graduate or equivalent (GED)
Proven working experience and knowledge in areas of vehicle maintenance
Eagerness to learn and problem solve
Requires excellent communication and documentation skills
