Manager, TPO - Digital Health and Connected Experiences Tech
This role sits within our Digital Health and Connected Experience Technology Organization. You will be leading the most innovative initiatives across our Consumer Health landscape! This includes apps, devices, and new business models from inception to implementation and scaling. This position reports into the Director, Digital Health and Connected Experience Tech and is based in Skillman, NJ (Expected to move to Summit, NJ. in 2025)

Role reports to: Director, Digital Health and Connected Experience Tech
Location: Skillman, NJ (Kenvue's corporate headquarters is currently located in Skillman NJ, but is scheduled to move to Summit, NJ in or around early 2025.)
Pay: $111,000.00 - $192,050.00
What You Will Do
You will shape, evaluate new Digital Health initiatives, lead product teams, drive mature digital product development practices, maximize the value of data from the digital products & platforms that make up the broader Digital Health and Connected Experience ecosystem.
You will directly lead and oversee product management on Globally led Digital Health and Connected Experience products to drive the desired outcomes as defined by business strategy.
The role is required to provide subject matter expertise, outside in perspectives and technical leadership. This role will be responsible for providing inputs to shape how technology can solve unmet consumer needs through rich, engaging and valuable Digital Products and Connected Experience.
This role will partner closely with global and regional technology platform teams, engineering, design, AI, data, cross-functional business partners, as well as internal and external partners. This role will demonstrate inclusive leadership, a growth and owner mindset, learning agility and execute with excellence.
Key Responsibilities
Own and drive delivery of the product roadmap and related services for the Digital Health and Connected Experiences portfolio, ensuring focus on business needs and establishing clear measures of success.
Lead multiple product teams. Drive a test-and-learn culture throughout the team to transform product ideas into actionable POCs and projects, incorporating overall business objectives, market needs and financial drivers.
Evangelize initiatives with senior leadership, and represent progress, opportunities, and challenges in key forums.
Develop strong partnerships to create a collaborative "one team" environment and culture
Manage multiple vendor relationships and product budgets.
Partner with cross-functional business partners to manage the overall roadmap for technology and capabilities.
Take a growth mindset approach to develop the vision, strategy and roadmap based upon business strategy, KPIs, priorities and our collective OKRs.
Drive a culture of curiosity with a bias for action with your internal and external partners, pod of Engineers, Designers and Data Analyst
For live products, platforms and features, own the continuous iteration and growth with standard ceremonies and practices such as backlog ownership, estimation, grooming and sprint management and ongoing product operations
Bringing external perspectives and industry trends to inform your team and business partners of new and emerging technologies relevant to this space
Lead continuous optimization for efficiency and effectiveness with lifecycle management, standardization and Total Cost of Ownership management
Champion the change management efforts with the business community to drive usage and adoption of technology capabilities to maximize value
Ensure Service Level Agreements are established and meet expectations of the business
Manage budget and spend related to technology solution and services, and perform regular financial activities like creation of PO, tracking invoices and actuals, and activities in line with internal financial cycles.
Participate in the business planning activities by identifying future business needs, working with business and technology leadership to gain alignment and ensure appropriate funding.
Provide coaching/guidance to peers, junior team members, co-ops and/or consultants, external development partners.
Ensure that Kenvue information assets are appropriately identified and valued and are protected by complying with and enforcing all local and worldwide security policies.
Ensure that security is considered and emphasized in all technology related decisions and actions.
What We Are Looking For
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Architecture, Business, or Computer Science, or similar field is preferred.
A minimum of 5 years of related experience is required.
A minimum of 3 years leading product development of digital products and services is required.
