Rate of Pay: $ 140,000 - $ 160,000

Job Duties: Build, test, validate, and deploy machine learning algorithms and data mining strategies to leverage data for generating insights and optimizing experiences for Health Care Professionals. Develop HCP segmentation approaches and create targeted HCP audiences. Work with data engineers and visualization experts to optimize quality and usage of J&J HCP data assets. Translate data and model results into tactical and strategic insights that are accurate, relevant, understandable, and lead to making better decisions. Support the business teams to solve complex analytical challenges. Develop and maintain ongoing data exploratory analyses and quality checks. Manage, guide, and review modeling efforts by J&J analytics suppliers. Work with J&J Health Care Professional Marketing Team on identifying and prioritizing data science driven opportunities.

Requirements: Employer will accept a Master's degree in Statistical Modeling, Machine Learning, Business Analytics, or related field and 3 years of experience in the job offered or in a Sr. Data Scientist Omnichannel and HCP-related occupation .
