Role reports to: Sr. Manager, Network Standardization & Reverse Distribution
Location: Skillman, NJ (Kenvue's corporate headquarters is currently located in Skillman NJ, but is scheduled to move to Summit, NJ in or around early 2025.)
Travel : 10%
Pay: $ 73,000 - 117,300

What you will do
The Senior Analyst, Inventory & Performance Management is responsible for leading the daily Deliver Control Tower between Customer Logistics, Distribution/3PL & Transportation, identifying opportunities within operational KPIs across our Consumer Distribution Centers, and overseeing the daily resolution and management of sync issues between SAP and the 3PL WMS. In addition, they will be responsible for managing key Consumer distribution metrics and joint ownership of associated dashboards with our 3PL partners while ensuring standardization across the network. This role is also responsible for the weekly compilation of key metrics and leading the Performance Management review with the 3PL / Kenvue and owns the Material Destruct Authorization (MDA) tracker and facilitates the weekly process meeting with cross functional partners.

This role requires the candidate to partner with and influence other functions within the business such as Customer Logistics, Transportation, Commercial Quality, Planning, and Commercial teams. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in analytics and warehousing concepts, as well as proficiency in relevant tools and technologies (i.e., ERP, WMS, Excel, PowerBI).

Responsibilities include:

Daily resolution and management of out of sync issues between SAP and the WMS; escalation to owners as necessary
Managing key metrics OTIF-D, Dock-to-Stock, OS&D, On-Time Ship, Inventory Sync, etc. and joint ownership of associated dashboards with 3PL partners
OTIF-D owner for Distribution, responsible for resolution of failure modes and corrective actions in partnership with Customer Logistics and Transportation
Responsible for the weekly compilation of key metrics for the Performance Management review with 3PL / Kenvue
Leads the weekly Material Destruct Authorization (MDA) process between Plan & Distribution / 3PLs, owner of the MDA tracker
Leads and facilitates the daily Deliver Control Tower between Customer Logistics, Distribution/3PL & Transportation; responsible for volume / DDL coordination and support for EOM/EOQ/EOY execution across the network
Assist DCs as needed with claims, destructs, and communications to Kenvue RCL/Transportation
Serves as the Training Process Owner (TPO) for Distribution within ComplianceWire

What we are looking for
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field
4 years of experience in related field
Proficiency with Microsoft Office, specifically Excel and PowerPoint is required.
Strong analytical background is required.
Driven by innovation, process improvements and working in a team environment, while demonstrating leadership is required.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail is required.
Collaboration and interdependent partnering skills are required.
Strong written and verbal communication skills and ability to interact with all levels of the organization is required.

Desired Qualifications :
Project Management / Leadership experience is preferred.
Direct Supply Chain experience or support of Supply Chain functions is preferred.
Knowledge of SAP Order-to-Cash tools (ECC, APO, BW) and Warehouse Management Systems is preferred.

Annual base salary for new hires in this position ranges from $73,000 to $ 117,300 . This takes into account a number of factors including work location, the candidate's skills, experience, education level & other job-related factors.
