Role reports to: Supply Chain Leader
Location: Skillman, NJ (Kenvue's corporate headquarters is currently located in Skillman NJ, but is scheduled to move to Summit, NJ in or around early 2025.)
Travel : 10%
Pay: 88,000- 142,600

What you will do
With limited direction, lead cross-functional project teams in a dynamic environment to identify, recommend and implement the best enterprise business solutions/propositions across Product Development, Supply Chain and Commercial. Guide project teams through the development of strategies, options, and business cases; Drive activities to meet project and business objectives including approval of project recommendations through governance.

Responsibilities:
Influence others beyond own scope and level; lead communications with all levels of stakeholders to enable informed decision making.
Drive team accountability for deliverables and ensure projects meet defined project milestones.
Demonstrate team performance management; ask the right questions to understand business impacts and risks.
Make the complex simple when presenting opportunities and plans to the team and organization.
Engage teams in healthy debate/conflict resolution and deliver team-aligned business solutions.
Proactively identify and escalate risks and issues to relevant stakeholders, lead development and delivery of tactical and achievable mitigation and contingency planning.
Ensure stakeholder alignment, project planning, resource and risk management, team development and communication.
Lead teams in use of ongoing risk management & communication tools.
Develop, manage, and maintain up-to-date Project Timelines inclusive of all critical milestones, key interdependencies, financial commitments, and resource constraints, while applying appropriate project scheduling techniques.
Monitor project status and execution; report timely updates via Project Templates, Project Dashboards and Update Forms; and develop agendas, minutes, metrics, etc. for the teams.
Deliver transparent, timely and effective verbal and written communication to teams, stakeholders, and appropriate levels of the organization.
Lead "lessons learned" exercises, share lessons among project leaders and other teams.
Exhibit excellent oral, written communication, and presentation skills.
Has a strong business and financial acumen.
Lead teams in delivering results.

What we are looking for
Required Qualifications
Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Physical Sciences, Business or a related discipline.
Minimum of 6 years of business-related experience.
Understanding of project management methodologies, tools and techniques. Good working knowledge with all functions and services and possesses expertise within one or more SC areas or disciplines.
Solid understanding of critical project and program management considerations (i.e., risk, architectural, compliance, change, release, etc.), and ability to factor them into decisions and recommendations.
Understanding of the business impact of different solutions and the ability to assess the tradeoffs between business needs, technology requirements, and costs.
Detailed understanding of business processes and data within and across areas.
Functions independently with limited work direction and escalates as appropriate. Provides work process reviews and provides balanced/constructive feedback.
Desired Qualifications
Expertise with Project scheduling software (MS Project).
PMP, Process Excellence, or Six Sigma training/certification.
Experience with standard PM tools and templates.
Cross functional experience, for example, but not limited to R&D, Engineering, Supply Chain, Marketing or Finance preferred
Experience working in a GMP and/or ISO regulated environment preferred
Knowledge of New Product Development and Life Cycle Management preferred

What's in it for you
Annual base salary for new hires in this position ranges from $88,000 to $142,600 This takes into account a number of factors including work location, the candidate's skills, experience, education level & other job-related factors.
