Role reports to: Manager Vogue Quality Systems
Location: Skillman, NJ (Kenvue's corporate headquarters is currently located in Skillman NJ, but is scheduled to move to Summit, NJ in or around early 2025.)
Travel : 10%
Pay: $60,000 - 96,600

The New Product Introduction (NPI) Quality Specialist III executes quality related activities in global New Product Development (NPD) and Lifecycle Management (LCM) projects. This position supports the Approval for Product Release (APR) framework, deliverables, tracking and metrics, and partners with R&D to represent quality in NPD and LCM projects.

What you will do
The Hair and Scalp franchise at Kenvue is an innovative consumer product business that develops and distributes cutting-edge hair care products to large retail chains throughout the world, for global brands such as OGX, Maui Moisture, Rogaine, Neutrogena and Aveeno.
The New Product Introduction Quality Specialist will work as an integral part of a highly collaborative, cross-functional, global team who will support the nimble and efficient launch of new product innovation, tech transfers and reformulations while ensuring a high standard of quality assurance and compliance.
This position will support the APR coordination, including APR framework, deliverables, tracking and metrics, ensure APR readiness for approval, as well as support multiple functional areas with system functionality.
This position will also take part to NPD and LCM project teams, as quality representative, to ensure products meet quality standards for our consumers and customers.

Key Responsibilities
Support documentation review for Approval for Product Release (APR) for new product launches and Global Change Controls managed by the Kenvue Hair & Scalp Team
Perform First Article Inspections (FAI) to support new product launches and product changes
Collaborate cross-functionally with other areas to ensure the required documentation for new product introductions is accurate, complete, to support project launch schedules.
Serve as change agent to ensure continuous process improvements through collaboration with cross-functional teams to drive right first time documentation and efficiencies in current processes
As needed, use internal process and cGXP systems (CAPRI, TRU, APR, CEDMs, CONCERTO, ETQ etc.)
Support activties associated with inventory release.
Represent Quality in NPD/LCM project teams. Perform Quality review and approval of R&D documents, such as Development Plans, R&D technical reports.
Support Specification approval and Master data verifications
Administrative support for key quality systems such as INV/CAPA system, Document Management System

What we are looking for
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree, or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
Strong computer acumen
Ability to work cross-functionally/cross-regionally in a team environment while being an individual contributor
Excellent organizational skills and oral / written communication skills are required.
Proficiency in using MS Office (Teams, Sharepoint, Word, PowerPoint and Excel)
Fluency in English

Desired Qualifications
3 years of experience in the beauty/healthcare analyzing technical documentation.
Previous administrative support experience
Familiarity with cGXP and other regulatory requirements

Annual base salary for new hires in this position ranges from $60,000 to $ 96,600 This takes into account a number of factors including work location, the candidate's skills, experience, education level & other job-related factors.
