Global Immigration and Mobility Administrator, Senior Analyst / Lead Analyst

This position reports to Global Mobility Operations Leader and is based at Skillman, NJ, United States or Bangalore, India.

Role reports to: Global Mobility Operations Leader

Location: Skillman, NJ (Kenvue's corporate headquarters is currently located in Skillman NJ, but is scheduled to move to Summit, NJ in or around early 2025.)

Travel %: 10%

What you will do

The Global Immigration and Mobility Administrator is responsible for the compliance, accurate data management, and immigration lifecycle administration for all foreign hires. Manage complex mobility administration in partnership with our service providers.

Key Responsibilities

Administer the end-to-end immigration process and policies in partnership with Global Mobility COE, Total Rewards, Talent Access, and Service Providers.
You will act as the point of escalation for immigration-related issues and act as a conduit between Kenvuers and our Immigration Service Providers, ensuring timely and compliant resolution of immigration-related issues.
Manage complex mobility operations cases.
Oversee Purchase Order & Invoice Management as it relates to immigration services, perform audit, and ensure accuracy of billing.
Monitor, track, and audit work visa data, I-9, right to work, and sponsorship by utilizing validation tools and automated workflows. Ensures renewals, extension, expirations for foreign nationals and their depedents remain compliant and processed timely by the service providers.
Streamline the immigration process with the Service Providers and identify opportunities for improvement in partnership with Process Excellence and Service Providers.
Develop informational materials to improve employee self-service experience and partner with Immigration Service Providers in updating immigration reference materials. Maintain an in-depth knowledge of immigration laws and policies, especially as related to employment-based visas (such as H-1B, TN, J-1, L-1, and PERM).
As directed, develop standard operating procedures to maintain efficient and compliant processes that support immigration and global mobility in accordance with the People Solutions OKR.
Partner with our People Solutions Engagement Lead & Immigration Service Providers in delivering necessary udpates & communications to the People function and foreign national employees as they relate to immigration law changes.
Assess immigration law changes and partner with Global Mobility COE in updating the processes, guidelines, and policies.
Manage necessary reports for analysis: risk, cost, quality control, and audits.
Prepare and provide documentation, letters, signing, and coordination with Service Providers and foreign national employees.
Proactively contribute to continuous improvement and projects in the global mobility area.
Partner with other People Solutions pillars in ensuring smooth delivery and processing of data as it relates to immigration & mobility operations.

What we are looking for

Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree
Minimum 6 years of demonstrated experience in immigration gained in either corporate or consulting and; 2 or more years in global mobility
Minimum 2 years of experience in US immigration visas and sponsorship plus regional knowledge
Practical knowledge of employment-based immigration processes and laws
Strong demonstration of translating immigration laws & policies into process & adminsitration
Proven ability in problem solving, gap analysis, and escalation & resolution management
Strong attention to details and data curiosity
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities; facilitation skills
Operates independently whilst collaborating effectively across teams
Understanding and appreciation for regional/country nuances
Strong demonstration of credibility and influencing stakeholders
Excellent demonstration of customer centricity
Strong track record of leading and/or collaborating with internal & external partners (service providers)
Experience managing third-party service providers
Great work ethics - reliable in meeting deadlines and delivering results, open to feedback, and can be trusted with confidential information
Demonstrates appreciation to technology & innovation in driving efficiency


Desired Qualifications

Systems & Tools experience desired: Workday, Cobalt, ServiceNow, Mobility online tools
Experience in one or more HR functional domains (Benefits, Compensation, HRIS, Recruiting & Onboarding, Workforce Data Administration, HR Business Partnering, Employee Relations, or Payroll)
Experience with continuous improvement and quality, such as Six Sigma or Lean Methodology
