Senior Finance Analyst, Global FP&A

This position reports to Senior Finance Manager, Reporting Analytics and Insights and is based at Skillman/Summit NJ.

Role reports to: Senior Finance Manager, Reporting, Analytics, and Insights

Location: Skillman/Summit NJ, open to remote. Kenvues corporate headquarters is currently located in Skillman NJ, but is scheduled to move to Summit, NJ in or around early 2025.

Travel %: 0-10%

Pay: $73-102K

What you will do

The Global FP&A Senior Finance Analyst will support the Global FP&A team and finance CFOs in coordination with Regional FP&A leaders and various senior executives, providing insights and analyses for improved performance of the Kenvue business. Working in a fast-paced environment, this individual will contribute to the development & framing of the financial messaging, lead global forecasting processes, financial scorecards and analysis, management reporting for quarterly actuals, and various ad-hoc requests and projects.

This position also provides an outstanding opportunity for the self-starter to get involved in additional strategic projects with direct exposure to the Kenvue Leadership Team and regional finance leaders across the world. This role is part of a dynamic team that interacts frequently with Corporate Controllership, Regional FP&A, Supply Chain Finance, Enterprise Business Functions, Innovation Finance, and the Kenvue Leadership Team (KLT). This role will lead the corporate P&L planning and actuals analysis and insights, worldwide P&L consolidation, and support analyses across all key financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow).

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive analysis and insights actuals and forecasts across the P&L for Kenvue Leadership Team, lead framing of messaging and shape KLT presentation

  • Collaborate with Regional FP&A, Supply Chain, Innovation and Enterprise Functions to plan and forecast Global P&L,

consolidate the financial results of Kenvue worldwide for forecast cycles, including regional P&Ls, Enterprise Business

Functions, Innovation, and Treasury, and other corporate items. Drive cohesive Global financial forecasting across all

financial statements

  • Partner and coordinate with Controllership on external reporting processes and strategic analyses on a quarterly basis and impact to forecasts

  • Contribute to the design and improvement of processes for Kenvue finance

  • Drive technology advancement within Kenvue Finance including system enhancements, and self-service

reporting/forecasting tools across the regions.

  • Support with ad-hoc analysis as needed across financial statements

Qualifications

What we are looking for

Required Qualifications

  • A minimum of a bachelors degree is required, preferably with a major in Accounting, Economics or Finance.

  • A minimum of 3 years of finance, accounting or related business experience is required.

  • This position requires a highly motivated individual with strong analytical skills, intellectual curiosity, agile and strategic

thinking with ability to translate insights into opportunities and drive processes improvement.

  • The ability to work independently, handle several tasks simultaneously, self-prioritize and balance workload is required.

  • Demonstrated experience in ability to partner with associates at all levels of the organization. Possess strong

communications, framing presentation skills; along with solid interpersonal, negotiating and influencing skills, to

successfully lead and collaborate in a highly matrixed environment.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite of tools and have an intermediate to advanced proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel is

required.

Desired Qualifications

  • Advanced qualifications such as a Masters/MBA, CPA, CMA or other financial certifications are preferred.

  • Prior FP&A experience is preferred.

  • Exposure to financial planning & reporting systems and tools is preferred.
