Role reports to: US Essential Health Senior Manager

Location: Skillman, NJ Kenvue's corporate headquarters is currently located in Skillman NJ , but is scheduled to move to Summit, NJ in or around early 2025.

Travel %: 10%, primarily North America

Pay : $97,000-$166,750

What you will do

The Finance Manager will provide financial leadership to the Oral Care business by evaluating sales and marketing investment opportunities for growth, collaborating cross-functionally to evaluate pipeline innovation opportunities, and proactively making recommendations to manage short and long-term financial commitments. The Finance Manager will lead the Oral Care monthly IBP cycles and all financial forecasts. Finally, the position will supervise one Senior Financial Analyst and reports to the US Essential Health Senior Manager.

Responsibilities:
Provide strategic financial leadership for iconic business including Sales and P&L Forecasting, New Product Evaluation, P&L Reporting and Analysis, Brand Marketing Expense Management
Lead the Integrated Business Planning process for business each month by actively contributing to Demand Reviews, driving alignment between Sales, Marketing and Operations and delivering a monthly forecast.
Analytical and strategic support for enterprise decision making in partnership with Local Marketing, Sales, Demand Planning, Project Management, and Global Marketing counterparts.
Support of full marketing P&L management in collaboration with cross-functional partners, including ongoing assessments of risks vs. opportunities.
Brand Marketing Expense management and investment optimization to support our forecast commitments.
Direct partnership with category leads for sales forecasting and budgeting.
Providing timely and accurate cost and financial information related to forecasts, new products, and budgets.
Ad hoc support for projects, presentations, and process improvement initiatives with both finance and cross-functional management.

What we are looking for

Required Qualifications
Bachelors degree required.
Minimum of 5 years of Finance/Accounting work experience required.
Excellent analytical skills, superior communication, business partnering, problem solving, and prioritization skills required .


Desired Qualifications
CPA, CMA, MBA preferred.
5 years at the Finance Management level preferred.
Ability to succeed in a matrixed, cross-functional environment and across all levels of the organization needed.
Self-motivated individual with demonstrated leadership, ability to work with senior management, people management and development skills preferred.
High potential, high performing individual needed that has proven track record of delivering results and successfully influencing business partners.
Strong people development skills required as individual is expected to be key driver of Finance organizational initiatives across the business unit
