Key Responsibilities:

  • Financial Planning Expertise: Play a pivotal role in financial planning, preparing monthly management accounts with insightful commentary for timely delivery.

  • Compliance Guru: Take charge of reporting to local tax authorities and ensure adherence to internal financial controls within the facility.

  • Strategic Insight: Provide financial inputs for monthly business unit reviews, supporting strategic plans and Capital Expenditure Requests.

  • Business Partnership: Be a collaborative business partner to senior stakeholders, providing actionable insights and data for informed decision-making.

  • Process Efficiency: Drive process improvements in Finance, ensuring efficient information provision to key stakeholders.

Education & Skills:

  • 5-7 years of business controlling or accounting experience, preferably in FP&A.

  • Experience in a manufacturing environment is a plus.

  • Proficiency in Polish GAAP and tax regulations.

  • Familiarity with ERP systems, especially SAP, and advanced MS Excel skills.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

  • Experience with HFM is a plus.
