For our Siziano (PV) office we are looking for Contract Logistics Customer Service Specialist

Your Role

The Contract Logistics Customer Service Specialis will have to ensure the efficiency of the order fulfillment process and the logistics management of goods with a view to achieve the highest level of customer satisfaction.

Your Responsibilities

• Management of receipt / preparation orders and direct supervision of the activities of the pharmaceutical logistics center

• Use of the internal WMS for routine activities

• Management of complaints and disputes with in-depth analysis and definition of improvement actions

• Operate in compliance with the directives received, the approved plans, company and group policies and procedures

• Ensure the regularity, quality and timing of the activities necessary to carry out the fulfillment of orders and the delivery of goods

Your Skills and Experiences

  • Experience in multi-customer logistics in the pharmaceutical sector

  • Time planning even in situations of high stress.

  • Resource planning and contingency coordination

  • Fexibility

  • Team working

  • Driver license

  • Fluent Italian

  • Intermediate English
