This position is expected to participate in the growth of our company by providing technical and sales management support in Turkey.

Responsibilities
As Sales Manager Ruminantsyou will be responsible together with the sales team for thegrowth of the market shareof KEMIN in Turkey. You will have a variety of tasks such as:
Support the further developmentof Kemin’s commercial activities in Ruminants market in Turkey
Set the annual sales budget together with theCountry Manager Turkey and TSM
Planning and support of the technical product development and the performance of tests, experiments and follow-up of the results
Co-ordination and development of marketing and promotion (i.e. documentation, exhibitions) in accordance with the image and general policy of the company
Gather market information, also concerning the competitors (programs, prices)
Develop and support existingsales and sales potential in the area
Manage and implementexisting and new sales projects
Explore and implement new applications for existing products
Introduce new products at a high technical level
Define and develop product marketing and technical aspects in co-operation with the Country Sales Manager and other relevant departments
Help co-ordinate and participate in trade shows, exhibitions and seminars
Management of profit margin by means of appropriate selling prices and the research and introduction of new products and applications
Develop cooperative relationships with key customers and industry groups;
Establish and maintain relationshipswith industry influencers.
Qualifications
What we require of you?
University degree inagriculture, veterinaryor equivalent by one’s experience
Minimum 3 years’ experience with commercial activities
Knowledge ofruminants ration and field applications(feed production, breeders,Dairy)
Good communication and social skills
A high degree of personal motivation, a desire to make an immediate contribution and a distinct sense of urgency;
Fluency in English and one of the local languages
Discretion
Sense of responsibility
Willingness to travel extensivelythroughout Turkey including overnight stays
