What You’ll Do

We’re looking for outgoing individuals who want the opportunity to lead their hotel team! At KAJ Hospitality, we call this LMA. LMA is an abbreviation for “Leadership, Management & Accountability”. Think of it as a formula; L + M = A. Accountability is an outcome, a biproduct of great Leadership and Management. At KAJ Hospitality, our General Managers are masters of LMA. They know how to get the best from their people by keeping them motivated and engaged. In additional to LMA, our General Managers are responsible for the Overall Operations of the hotel property, including Finance, Revenue & Sales, Guest Service Scores, Brand Standards and Human Resources. This is a hands-on hospitality management role in which the General Manager will be expected to maintain both Marriott and KAJ Hospitality’s high standards of excellence!
