We are seeking someone to join First International Bank & Trust as our Digital Solutions Intern. In this role you will assist our Digital Solutions Strategist with a variety of different tasks related to Consumer and Business Online Banking. The ideal candidate for this position would be a student passionate about new technologies and business and is willing to work meaningful hours during the school year and potentially more during the summer.

This Internship would be In-Person.

Key Responsibilities:

• Learn Consumer and Business Online Banking Services

• Assisting with digital support tickets, such as building online banking profiles, testing new features and functionality

• Assist with the Business Online Banking conversion project

• Assist in maintaining Digital First Certification program materials

• Migrating of business online documents from a shared drive to cold storage

• Assisting with daily Salesforce tasks

• Participate in committee meetings

• Perform various assignments to assist and support the Digital Banking Department in the overall daily operations of Online Banking efforts

• Assist with tasks involved with any current Digital Projects ongoing

Qualifications:

• A student currently enrolled in an accredited university or collegiate program. Business, Communications or other applicable fields of study is preferred.

• Strong computer skills is preferred.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Ability to work independently on multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
