Avera has an exciting opportunity to be the first impression of Avera as a Customer Services Representative for patient registration and scheduling.

Job Summary

The Customer Service Representative of Retail Services is accountable for a positive, outgoing, and caring attitude toward all patients, staff and customers. The Customer Service Representative is required to learn new products, suggest and sell products in the Gift and General Stores to patients and customers.

Education and/or Experience

• One year certificate from college or technical school; or two years’ experience in a retail sales store environment; or equivalent combination of education and experience required.

Work Schedule

• PRN (as needed) hours, 5-6 hours per shift-No call time or holidays.

Pay

The hourly range for this position is listed below. Actual hourly rate dependent upon experience.

• $17.00 - $20.50 per hour
