Overview of the Position Responsibilities: Our Business Customer Care Specialist will be responsible foranswering inbound calls from the Bluepeak Commercial customer base. Candidates will be responsible for providing Tier 1 and Tier 2 support to providers and customers members in a call center environment.If this sounds exciting, please read on. What You Will Do: This is an exciting opportunity for a upbeat individual who can maintain great customer relationships and can communicate information across departments effectively and efficiently.
Respond to telephone inquiries
Ability to work across multiple departments within one organization and effectively communicate information, build partnerships, demonstrate the one team approach, while achieving timely results
Communicate appropriate options for resolution in a timely manner
Follow assigned schedule to ensure accurate phone coverage, monitors priority of calls and shifts escalated calls to assure resolution of problems
Provide quality internal and external customer service surrounding the Company values
Excellent attendance
Other duties as assigned by management
What You Will Need:
High School Diploma or GED required
Upon job offer, must be able to pass a background check and drug test prior to employment
At least 2 years of inbound and/or outbound call center experience
Telecommunications experience preferred
Excellent customer service skills
Flexible schedule
Possess an upbeat, team-oriented attitude
Great phone personality
Ability to multitask effectively
Strong problem solving and analytical skills with the ability to take ownership and initiative to handle business challenges
Ability to communicate effectively and patiently with a wide range of personalities and abilities
Organizational skills a must
Telecommunications experience preferred
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products, with proficiency in Excel and Word
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in the English language (Bilingual, Spanish is a plus)Ability to hear, speak, and communicate clearly on the telephone
