Ag Parts Counterperson

Location: Sioux Falls, SD

Pay Rate: $22 - $24 per hour

Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00PM

Job Description :

We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Parts Counter Person to join our team in Sioux Falls. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting customers with their parts needs, managing inventory, and ensuring a smooth and efficient parts department operation.

Key Responsibilities :

• Assist customers in identifying and locating the parts they need

• Provide excellent customer service and support

• Process parts orders and transactions accurately

• Maintain and organize parts inventory

• Collaborate with service technicians and other team members

• Handle returns and warranty claims

• Keep the parts counter area clean and organized

Qualifications :

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Previous experience in a parts department or similar role preferred

• Strong customer service and communication skills

• Basic computer skills and familiarity with inventory management systems

• Ability to lift and move heavy parts as needed

• Attention to detail and organizational skills

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $25.00/hr.
