Busy legal office seeks highly motivated degreed paralegal who hopefully has live Court jury trial experience (Federal Court experience a plus). Will also be processing medical bills/records, transcription from dictation and drafting documents. One year minimum legal office experience required. Necessary skills include computer experience (preferably Microsoft Office, Word Perfect, Word, Excel, TABS (bookkeeping)), filing and screening for potential good clients over the phone or through emails and typing (min. 60 w.p.m.). Experience with workers compensation, personal injury or social security disability are a plus. Hours 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. (overtime is possible and/or necessary). Salary commensurate with experience ($25.00). Parking provided downtown, Sioux City. Profit sharing (401K). This isnota remote position.
