Senior Tax Accountant

Pay Depends on Experience

Monday - Friday, 8A - 5P

Responsibilities will include:

• Prepare all federal & state returns for company & assist with reports & filings.

• Work on tax-related projects

• Assist with all tax-related audits & protests from federal & state governmental authorities

• Maintain Tax Investment Records & Schedules

• Assist with prep & maintenance of corporate records & minutes

• Assist with prep of all required state filings to maintain corporate status or certificates of authority to do business for related companies

• Stay current with tax laws and regulations

• Occasional overtime as needed

Requirements:

• 4 year Accounting Degree; tax accounting related discipline and/or CPA is a plus

• 3+ years of Corporate multi-state tax accounting experience in manufacturing industry

• Proficient in Microsoft Office with advanced Excel skills

• Experience with General Leger and ERP systems

• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, organized, able to multi-task, set schedules & meet deadlines

• Responsible, accurate, strong attention to detail

• Excellent communication & time management skills
