We are looking for a Recruiting Assistant to join our team in our Sinsheim office. The Recruiting Assistant is responsible for the full spectrum of the hiring plan from identifying needs, verifying credentials (as needed), and shortlisting candidates to closing successful hires for all French Consulting matters.

The Recruiting Assistant’s responsibilities include creating and publishing job ads on multiple platforms, screening and interviewing candidates, and seeking out new candidate sources. To be successful in this role, we require the Recruiting Assistant to be experienced with full-cycle recruitment and possess great communication skills.

Ultimately, the Recruiting Assistant will maintain and improve our employer brand, ensuring we attract, hire, and retain people who contribute to our company’s growth and overall success.

JOB DESCRIPTION :

  • Work closely with Business Development, Human Resources, and Program Managers in various departments to define recruitment needs and proactively plan the hiring process.

  • Working with the Marketing Manager, create or obtain recruitment materials.

  • Work with Operations Managers to develop and maintain job descriptions and specifications.

  • Manage all communication with candidates from the moment they apply until the onboarding process is complete.

  • Source candidates on job boards, job fairs, resume databases, professional networks, and through referrals.

  • Interview candidates at various stages throughout the hiring process (phone screening calls, video interviews, and in-person meetings). Train staff on interviewing techniques as needed.

  • Use skill assessment tools and tests to screen candidates. Assess potential applicants for their relevant knowledge, experience, training, skills, aptitudes, and soft skills

  • Maintain the company’s resume database

  • Monitor job offers and current compensation. Identify/recommend salary ranges for price proposals.

  • Manage new employee relocations, if necessary.

QUALIFICATIONS:.

  • Experience using Microsoft Office.

  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.

  • Solid ability to conduct different types of interviews (structured, competency-based, stress, behavioral, etc.).

  • Be fluent in both English and German.

  • Hands-on experience with various selection processes (phone interviewing, reference check, etc.)

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Strong decision-making skills

  • Valid driving license.
