Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Strategic Lead to develop and execute key marketing strategic and tactical plans for Diagnostic Solution (DS), Central, South Asia & Japan region, who is responsible for leading platform and Core business product development efforts from the strategic marketing and market development perspective to deliver the sales, growth and profitability budget targets; to establish and strengthen a strong competitive position to increase business and portfolio opportunities. This role is pivotal in advancing public health initiatives and ensuring the successful implementation and expansion, for example, TB and HPV screening programs across the region.
He/she should maintain close customer connection through market research activity and translate customer insights into product tactical plans. He/she will report on regional business performance, market environment and participate in product development programs; as well as local Marketing associates, and regional cross functional team resources including Finance, Regulatory, Medical and R&D partners as required.
This position is intended for a Director level; however, candidates with less experience but strong competencies and skill sets will be considered for an Associate Director level.
Key Responsibilities:
Business performance:
Accountable for working with WW, Regional and Country marketing counterparts to develop and execute an AP regional strategy to ensure achievement of financial/ budget expectations.
Monitor and evaluate program performance, making data-driven adjustments as necessary.
Program Leadership:
Develop and execute strategic plans to implement the key national program
Lead cross-functional teams to ensure program goals are met, including collaboration with healthcare providers, government agencies, and community organizations.
Stakeholder Engagement:
Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including public health officials, medical professionals, and advocacy groups.
Represent the program at national and regional conferences, workshops, and meetings.
Training and Education:
Develop and deliver training programs for healthcare providers
Create educational materials and campaigns to raise awareness and importance of national screening program.
Data Management and Reporting:
Oversee the collection, analysis, and reporting of program data to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and to inform continuous improvement efforts.
Prepare and present detailed reports on program outcomes to senior management and external stakeholders.
Drive Digital Marketing and Omni-channel capabilities to create solution selling opportunities.
Budget and Resource Management:
Manage program budgets, ensuring efficient use of resources and alignment with financial goals.
Identify and secure funding opportunities to support program expansion and sustainability.

Identifies critical conversion points and drop off points and optimizes user funnels.
Communications
Writes and delivers persuasive presentations tailored to their audience; chooses words carefully in any written or verbal communication

Qualifications and Experience:
Education:
A minimum of a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Marketing, Business Administration, Public Health, Life Science or a related discipline
An advanced degree such as an MBA is preferred.
Experience:
Minimum of 5 years of experience in healthcare, business development, pharma, diagnostics, with a focus on public health, diagnostic, national health program or relevant cohort
Minimum 10 year of experience in identifying market opportunities, market segmentation, competitive analysis, pricing strategy, market development and go to market models and strategies
While the position is aimed at the Director level, we will also consider junior candidates with the appropriate competencies and skill sets for an Associate Director level.
Proven track record of successfully leading large-scale health initiatives
Entrepreneurial experience and supervisory experience are preferred
