What you will do

The Sr. Associate Compliance is a member of the Global Compliance Technology & Systems team within the Worldwide Compliance and Business Ethics function. This position will report to the Compliance Manager and provide system support for the global Comprehensive Compliance Control (C3) system and other Healthcare Compliance technology solutions to ensure adherence to global, regional, and country compliance, SOP, government / local code, and legal requirements / controls with interactions with Members of the Healthcare Community.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with Digital Technology & Innovation (DTI), Information System (IS) and other cross functional partners to drive effective Healthcare Compliance technology solutions

  • Triage system support tickets to determine nature of request and identify/assign the appropriate individual for resolution

  • Action and resolve system support tickets ensuring requested actions are compliant; submit/track IS tickets for actions requiring IS support; provide guidance/training to users

  • Support, manage and code system legal contract templates

  • Conduct qualitative and quantitative analysis on system data to identify trends, insights, enhancement opportunities and programmatic improvement opportunities

  • Support and troubleshoot for cross-functional system integrations (e.g., Cvent, SAP, Workday, Veeva, etc.)

  • Support system enhancements by evaluating and interpreting enhancement requests and solutioning for best approach within platform functionality

  • Develop system requirements for enhanced functionality

  • Perform testing of system functionality when changes/ enhancements are implemented

  • Possess a thorough understanding of all system processes, objects, functionality, integrations, and resources

  • Possess a thorough knowledge of relevant SOPs, policies and country code requirements

  • Develop training documents/QRGs in collaboration with WC&BE partners; ensure materials are kept up-to-date and provide training (virtual & in-person) to system users

  • Participate in special projects as assigned

What we expect of you

Basic Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree and 3 years of related experience or equivalent

  • Bachelor’s degree and 5 years of related experience or equivalent

Preferred Qualifications:

  • At least 3 years experience in pharma/ biotech business

  • At least 2 years compliance-related experience

  • Certification or experience in Salesforce

  • Experience or knowledge of C3, SAP, and Cvent

  • Knowledge of applicable SOPs, legal, and government/local codes and regulations

  • Strong attention to detail, organization skills, and the ability to work independently, efficiently, and with minimal supervision

  • Effective communication, writing and presentation skills

  • Proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, and Outlook

  • Ability to handle ambiguity and complex situations

  • Strong ability to synthesize vast amounts of complex information, and clearly and concisely articulate the relevant points

  • Ability to prioritize, be proactive, resolve conflicts, meet timelines,

  • Experience in building strong working relationships across departments, making difficult decisions, solving problems, working under time constraints, handling numerous projects at once
