In this role, you drive pricing, revenue optimization and top-line growth of customer services in the zone by acting as a business partner to customer services commercial leader and being a custodian of Commercial Policy.

Your team

By building and enriching the business and demand forecast for the Health Systems Business in APAC. You will ensure there is one aligned demand plan, signed off by Business Marketing Manager, and serves as input into the S&OP process.

You are responsible for

  • Manage and align the monthly long-term planning with Business Marketing Manager.

  • Support all relevant functions in preparing, planning, communicating and revising forecast for Business Review Meeting. Adjust forecasts based on meeting outputs.

  • Developed a balanced demand plan that supports business direction to achieve the sales targets.

  • Manage the escalation process and support in prioritization of customer orders in case of constraints.

  • Manage and identify inventory optimization.

  • Working closely with relevant stakeholders eg. GBS / FOM / IWD to manage delivery OTIF on time.

  • Support all relevant functions in the end-to end supply chain activities.

To succeed in this role, you’ll need a customer-first attitude and the following

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management or relevant field

  • Minimum 5 years of Demand Planning or Supply Chain Management experience

  • Understanding the Market Demand Planning and S&OP process.

  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and analytical skills.
