What you’ll do:

This position is to provide recruitment support to the North Asia Talent Acquisition team at various stages of the requisition cycle, in processes that can be centralized and streamlined.

Other key responsibilities include:

  • Be responsible for recruitment work streams including but not limited to candidate sourcing, interview arrangement, reference check, intern hiring, general administrative support, etc.

  • Set high expectations for delivering results focused on four key outcomes:

  1. Strong Recruiting metrics

  2. Superior stakeholder

  3. Outstanding Learning Agility

  4. Great team collaboration

  • Execute full cycle recruiting process for salaried level positions, including talent sourcing, mapping, screening, interview and assessment, stakeholder communication, offer management, etc.

  • Build strong partnership with business and HR leaders to understand, assess and calibrate hiring needs, provide talent insights and develop effective talent sourcing strategies.

  • Develop market talent connections to foster an ongoing pipeline of highly qualified and diverse candidates for critical positions.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree and above.

  • 7+ years of professional recruiting experience.

  • Excellent English, both verbal and written. Chinese skill is preferred.

  • Extensive knowledge of hiring practices and talent channels, talent assessment tools and ATS system.

  • Strong business acumen, able to talk in business language.

  • Strong communication skill, able to build partnership and manage multiple stakeholders locally and abroad.

  • Self-motivated and result-oriented. Proactive problem solver and able to thrive in a rapidly changing environment.

  • Strong client service mentality with detail orientation, sense of urgency, enthusiasm, dedication, high standards for personal.

  • Cross culture/regional leadership experience is preferred.
