Job Description

As a Project Manager III at Thermo Fisher Scientific Inc., you will play a crucial role in leading and overseeing the successful delivery of New Product Introduction (NPI) projects from development to manufacturing. You will serve as the interface between R&D and Operations, ensuring a seamless transition and impeccable execution of project timelines to meet on-schedule product launches. This role is located in Singapore.

Responsibilities and Requirements:

• Collaborate with the PMO, R&D, and Operations teams to create and implement project plans for the introduction of new products and the transition to mass production.

• Lead or participate in Project Core Team meetings to ensure on-schedule product launches through timely completion of manufacturing activities.

• Coordinate and support project operational readiness for pilot development build, trial manufacturing build, and initial mass production.

• Drive process optimization and implement technical breakthrough activities to enhance manufacturing efficiency.

• Collaborate with PMO and R&D to supervise and manage product cost targets throughout the development phase.

• Conduct project assessments and feasibility studies to support business decisions in manufacturing strategy.

• Lead project planning sessions and facilitate issue resolution and problem-solving through kaizen events.

• Embrace and contribute to process improvement initiatives using the PPI methodology and digitalization.

• Ensure compliance with the organization's quality standards and regulatory requirements.
