What you will do

The Business Operations Program Manager is accountable to support the regional Engineering & Property Services (E&PS) team in the areas of facilities management, project delivery and real estate.

The role reports to Business Ops Lead in the region and is responsible to orchestrate the E2E execution in the region. The role owns the E2E plan of activities that are happening on the ground and is responsible for the overall coordination and communication of the progress, potential bottlenecks, challenges & need for prioritization.

The Manager is responsible for delivering standardized and consistent reporting within a distinct region while driving deep alignment across all sub regions. This role is also accountable for carrying out activities pertaining to detailed financial analysis including CIP, CAPEX and Business Planning, continuous improvement, performance management and governance, and planning and budgeting.

The role involves a variety of diverse responsibilities, such as robust program management, financial planning, data analytics and proactive inclusive communications.

As the role is part of a global team structure, the role should also align with the other regions to share best practices and align globally, where possible.

Key relationships include E&PS COE’S, Boards, regional leadership, and global counterparts.

Key Responsibilities

PMO

• Serve as Global Subject matter Expert (SME) for program management for regional E&PS

• Lead cross functional programs that address pivotal initiatives and/or operational needs; scope of work will include Global oversight on deployment strategy, setting up deployment structure, consolidate program metrics on a regional level, regular connection with global program managers, providing executive updates, and assuring program objectives are delivered as per plan. Work in cadence with global program management team to plan ahead and ensure prioritized deployment plans in line with regional workplan/workload

• Acts as the conduit between global functions & sites, connecting different workstreams into one unified plan.

• Approach Program Management from an end-to-end regional scope.

• Work with service providers, internal resources to lead strategic planning for deployment and execution of Facility Management, Real Estate and Project Delivery programs and strategic initiatives.

• Track and control program management and execution.

• Builds change & communication plans with the Program and/or Project Sponsors, the global Program managers as well as the change and communication teams.

• Establish and enforce methodologies to generate business values while deploying the specified programs.

• Ensure program management is aligned with global E&PS and wider Kenvue strategies

• Build-up and deploy communication strategy to drive innovation environment within E&PS

• Connect with E&PS Leadership Team and regional leads to ensure program management is in line with annual business planning

Financial Planning and Analytics

• Leads the development of the annual Business Plan for OPEX (run) and CAPEX for the region

• Partners closely with finance to track budget vs. actual performance for the organization throughout the year including the coordination for the major financial updates in line with the financial cycles

• Responsible for delivering standardized and consistent reporting within a distinct region while driving deep alignment across all sub regions

• Responsible for Business Planning, continuous improvement, performance management and governance, and planning and budgeting

Qualifications

What we are looking for

• Minimum 10 years of work experience in engineering or operations related areas

• Demonstrated experience in business analysis, financial reporting, business process development and project management.

• Strong program management skills, proven organization, coordination, and action tracking skills

• Understand & apply key concepts of project management in the day to day job (ideate, plan, define goals, launch, execute, close out, monitor KPIs, post evaluation).

• Ability to function effectively and multitask when presented with tight deadlines

• Ability to manage the E2E process from ideation to execution

• Comfortable communicating with executive leadership & site operations

• Proven experience in offering value assessments / improvements/ process mapping efficiencies

• Ability to understand financial statements with eye for detail

• Ability to manage and organize a large amount of data to provide business insights that support E&PS leaders to make fact based decisions and unlock Kenvue growth

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office

• ERP knowledge, automated database capabilities, powerBI experience #LI-PM1
