CBRE Valuation and Advisory business’ internship is designed for results-oriented and entrepreneurial candidates with a strong academic background, preferably in real estate, finance, and business economics. Applicants should be self-motivated, strong with numbers, disciplined and exhibit a demonstrated interest in the real estate industry.

Responsibilities

• Support the Mortgage Valuation team on various local database management

• Support the team on the valuation processes and field research

• Assist in Valuation modeling for assigned projects

• Conduct property and industry-specific research

• Assist in developing and preparing marketing and presentation materials where necessary

• Assist in the drafting of Valuation Reports and able to identify key information required to be part of the valuation report.

• Track local market activity, e.g., economy, employment statistics, major company activity, industry trends and demographics that affect the local real estate market

Requirements

• Current undergraduate with strong desire to work in the commercial real estate industry

• Ability to network and develop strong relationships

• Strong presentation and solid communication (written and oral) skills

• Detail-oriented, highly organized and strong proficiency in MS office

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
