Your new role – challenging and future-oriented

  • EHS Strategy & Implementation: Define and drive the implementation of EHS measures within the LCB Singapore, Smart Infrastructure Buildings, according to corporate and local regulations.

  • Annual EHS Planning: Formulate and align an annual EHS plan with management, including tracking key metrics like near misses, training hours, and jobsite risks.

  • Collaboration & Compliance: Work closely with department heads to implement the EHS plan and ensure EHS requirements are met for employees and subcontractors at sites.

  • Incident Management & Audits: Investigate incidents, conduct root cause analysis, and lead EHS audits and site safety inspections, ensuring resolutions are documented and followed up.

  • Data Analysis & Reporting: Monitor EHS concerns, analyze statistical data, and recommend strategic measures while coordinating effective EHS reporting.

  • Quality Management & Customer Advocacy: Support quality management systems, including ISO certifications, conduct quality inspections, and lead efforts to improve the net promoter score.

You’re excited to build on your existing expertise, including:

  • Experience: Minimum 15 years of experience in EHS/Quality roles, with a strong track record in leading these functions.

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, EHS, Quality Management, or an equivalent field, along with EHS leadership certification.

  • Site Management: Proven experience in managing multiple sites and locations.

  • Language Skills: Excellent proficiency in the English language.

  • Cultural Adaptability: Ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment.

  • Influence & Leadership: Demonstrated ability to influence behavior and drive change without direct authority.
